Acceptable use policy
What you may and may not do on ProfitRoster.
Last updated 21 September 2026
1. Who may use ProfitRoster
Accounts are for people who can form a binding contract where they live. Age requirements and any restricted jurisdictions are pending attorney review and may change before launch.
One person or business per account. Do not share sign-in details or operate an account on behalf of a suspended user.
2. Honest activity only
Sellers must not submit invented, duplicated, self-generated or incentivised results, and must not claim an outcome they did not produce.
Businesses must not publish opportunities they do not intend to pay, reject qualifying results without a genuine reason, or move a seller off the platform to avoid a commission.
3. Prohibited offers and conduct
No illegal products or services, adult content, weapons, controlled substances, gambling, financial or medical claims that require a licence you do not hold, multi-level recruitment, or anything listed on the prohibited opportunities page.
No harassment, discrimination, impersonation, scraping, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to access another account's data.
4. Payment integrity
Do not attempt to influence a commission amount, recipient or payout destination outside the platform's own records. Every amount is calculated from stored opportunity and result data.
Do not use ProfitRoster to move money that is unrelated to a genuine commission result.
5. Enforcement
We may pause an opportunity, hold a commission, freeze payouts, or close an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been broken. Where funds are affected, we keep an immutable record of the decision.
Enforcement decisions can be contested through the dispute and appeals policy.
