Terms of service

Draft terms, published for transparency ahead of launch.

PlaceholderThis is a working draft, not legal advice, and it is not a binding agreement while the platform is pre-launch.

1. The platform

ProfitRoster operates a marketplace where businesses publish commission opportunities and independent promoters claim them. ProfitRoster is not a party to the commercial relationship between a business and its customers.

2. Business subscriptions

Publishing offers requires an active subscription of $39.99 per month per business account. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and cancellation stops future listings from being published.

3. Commission offers

A business defines the qualifying result, the commission amount and the payout timing for each offer, and must reserve funding for the commission pool before the offer is listed. Offer edits create a new version and do not apply retroactively to referrals already submitted.

4. Promoter conduct

Promoters may not misrepresent a business, promise terms the business has not published, or submit referrals that cannot qualify. Referrals must be attributed through the tracked link issued when an offer is claimed.

5. Verification and disputes

The business assesses each referral against the published requirements and must supply a written reason when rejecting one. Promoters may contest a rejection, and ProfitRoster may review the record of the offer, referral and decision.

6. Payouts

Verified commissions become payable on the schedule stated on the offer. ProfitRoster does not take a percentage of the commission.

7. Account standing

Accounts may be suspended or removed for fabricated referrals, repeated unreasoned rejections, unfunded offers or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the marketplace.

8. Changes

These terms will be updated as the platform launches. Material changes will be communicated to account holders before taking effect.
