1. Consent to electronic records

By ticking the consent box at signup you agree to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts and other records electronically — on the website and by email to the address on your account.

2. Electronic signatures

Ticking a consent box, clicking an accept or publish button, or completing a payment step is an electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten one.

We record the agreement name, version, the time of acceptance, your account role, and technical details of the request as evidence of that signature.

3. Essential messages

Account, security, payment, commission, dispute and legal notices are essential service messages and are sent for as long as your account exists. Marketing messages, if any are ever sent, can be unsubscribed from separately.

4. Keeping your details current

You must keep a working email address on your account. Tell us promptly if it changes; notices sent to the address on file are treated as delivered.

5. Paper copies and withdrawal

You can ask for a copy of any agreement you accepted and we will supply the recorded version. You may withdraw consent to electronic records by closing your account; ProfitRoster cannot be used without electronic delivery.
