Dispute Policy
Dispute Policy
How disagreements about a result or a commission are reviewed.
Last updated 19 September 2026
When a dispute can be opened
A seller may open a dispute when a business rejects a submitted result, or when a paid commission is reversed. A business may open one where it believes a result was obtained against the opportunity's rules.
A dispute must include a written explanation.
What is reviewed
A ProfitRoster administrator reviews the opportunity's published terms, the tracking data, the messages between the two parties, the evidence uploaded with the result and the recorded history of every status change.
While a dispute is open
The related result, and where necessary the opportunity or the payout, may be frozen so that nothing changes while it is reviewed. Nothing suspicious is approved automatically.
Outcomes
A dispute is resolved in favour of the seller, in favour of the business, or withdrawn. The outcome and the reason are recorded permanently and both parties are notified.
ProfitRoster's review is a platform decision, not legal arbitration, and does not remove either party's other rights.
