1. Free membership

Creating a seller profile and browsing opportunities is free. No card is required to join.

You are an independent contractor. ProfitRoster is not your employer and does not guarantee work, acceptance or income.

2. No guaranteed earnings

A commission is earned only when a business verifies a qualifying result under the published terms of that opportunity and the clearance period passes. Nothing on ProfitRoster is a promise of earnings.

3. Following the opportunity's rules

Each opportunity states its own qualifying result, allowed and prohibited promotional methods, tracking method, attribution window and evidence requirements. You must read and follow them before promoting.

Misrepresenting a business, spamming, buying fake traffic, or submitting fabricated evidence will end your participation and may close your account.

4. Payouts

Payouts run through Stripe. You must complete Stripe's own identity and payout setup before any commission can be sent. ProfitRoster never collects or stores your bank account numbers, card numbers, government identification numbers or identity documents.

Your ProfitRoster earnings record is a record of commissions, not a bank account or a wallet.

5. Rejections and disputes

A business must give a written reason when it rejects a result. You may dispute that decision, and a ProfitRoster administrator will review the opportunity terms, tracking data, messages and evidence.

6. Reversals

If the underlying customer purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, a commission already paid may be reversed in line with the Refund and Chargeback Policy.
