Cookie notice
What we store in your browser and why.
Last updated 21 September 2026
1. Essential storage
Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in and so the server can check what you are allowed to see. Without it the site cannot work.
2. Referral tracking
Opening a tracked seller link records the click so a resulting commission can be attributed to the right seller. This is limited to marketplace attribution.
3. Payments
Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout and payout setup pages it hosts, for fraud prevention and to complete payments. Those pages are controlled by Stripe.
4. What we do not do
No advertising networks, cross-site behavioural profiling or third-party marketing trackers are used on ProfitRoster today. If that changes, this notice and the consent experience will be updated first.
5. Managing cookies
Your browser can block or clear cookies and local storage. Blocking essential storage will sign you out and prevent payments and payout setup from completing.
