1. Subscription

A business pays ProfitRoster $39.99 per month for access to a business profile, opportunity publishing, seller applications, analytics, messaging and result management. The subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which published opportunities are paused automatically.

2. Commission funding is separate

The monthly subscription is ProfitRoster's own fee. Commissions owed to sellers are separate money, funded by the business. ProfitRoster does not hold your money in escrow and is not a bank.

A business may either add a prepaid commission budget to an opportunity or have its saved payment method charged when it approves a verified result.

3. Accuracy of opportunities

The business is responsible for the accuracy of everything it publishes: the offer, the qualifying result, the commission amount, the tracking method, the evidence required and the terms of the opportunity.

A business must not claim a tracking method it cannot actually operate.

4. Reviewing results

The business reviews submitted results against its own published terms. A rejection requires a written reason. A submitted result cannot be deleted or silently altered, and every status change is recorded permanently.

A seller may dispute a rejection. ProfitRoster may review the opportunity terms, tracking data, messages and evidence, and may freeze an opportunity or a payout while it does so.

5. Paying commissions

Once a result is verified and the clearance period has passed, the commission becomes payable to the seller through Stripe. The business authorises ProfitRoster to collect and transfer that amount according to the opportunity's published terms.

Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks may reverse a commission. See the Refund and Chargeback Policy.

6. Suspension

ProfitRoster may pause or remove an opportunity, or suspend an account, where there is evidence of fraud, misleading claims, prohibited activity or non-payment.
