Information we collect
Account details for businesses and promoters, the content of commission offers, referral records submitted through tracked links, and support correspondence.
How information is used
To operate the marketplace: publishing offers, attributing referrals, verifying results, calculating commissions and resolving disputes.
Referral data
Referral records are shared with the business that published the offer so it can verify the result. They are not sold or repurposed for unrelated marketing.
Payment data
Subscription and payout processing will be handled by a payment processor. Card details are not stored by ProfitRoster.
Retention
Offer, referral and payout records are retained for the period required to resolve disputes and meet financial record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
Account holders can request a copy of their data, correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of information not required for financial records.
